Modules - Directory Setup
Add Entry (General)

Ready to build your list? You can populate your Directory in two ways: one by one for curated entries, or all at once to save time.
- Start: Choose the "Directory" module in the left-hand menu and click the Add button in the top right corner of your "General" tab.
- Add Individually 👤: Select "Add manually" to enter specific details for a single venue, sponsor, or partner. Simply fill in the fields and save.
- Add in Bulk 📂: Select "Import items" to upload a large list at once
- First, Download the CSV Template to ensure your data matches the app’s format.
- Once your file is ready, click "Import items" again to upload your completed template and launch your directory instantly.
💡 Tips:
- A search bar is automatically enabled when there are 10 or more entries.
- You can export data using the Export button and import it into another app or another Directory module.
- Use the Index column to control the display order of entries.
- Bulk actions become available after selecting the entries you want to modify.
- Want to display only the city name instead of the full Google Maps location? Select the place from Google Maps first to capture the coordinates, then export the data and re-import it after replacing the Location text (e.g., Paris) while keeping the original coordinates.
- Map View is automatically enabled when a location is added to entries (click the map icon in the top-right corner).

How to use Sections
You can add sections to an entry to include additional information. Simply fill in the fields in the Section column (Title, Subtitle, and Link).
In the app, sections are displayed as shown below. Refer to the screenshot above to see an exemple without sections.
Customize the name and the icon of the module (Settings)
- Go to Directory in the left hand menu.
- Click on the Settings section.
- To customize the module name (the default name is Directory), enter the new name in the “Name” field.
- Customize the icon. Choose the icon that suits you best from the following icon library.

Note: Most modules allow you to customize their name and logo. The process is the same across all modules: simply go to the Settings tab and follow the steps described above.
Sharing your module (Sharing)
This section allows you to generate a direct link and a QR code for this module. These links open your app and take users directly to this specific module.
To share the module:
- Go to the Sharing tab.
- Click the Share your module button.
- Download the QR code or copy the link to share it with your audience.

Note: Most modules include a Sharing tab and follow the same process. The generated link is a deep link, meaning it opens the app and takes users directly to the corresponding module.
