Launch Your App in 20 Minutes

This guide helps you go from zero → live app in just 20 minutes.

Step 1 — Create Your App (5 min)

• Create your app under your Organization
• Set:
  • App name
  • Icon
  • Basic branding

👉 Keep it simple.

Step 2 — Add Core Modules (5 min)

Add only:

• News Feed → communication
• Events → engagement
• People → community

👉 This is your minimum viable app.

Step 3 — Add Initial Content (5 min)

• Create 1 event
• Add 1–2 posts in News Feed
• Add a few people (manual or import)

👉 Never launch empty.

Step 4 — Activate Your App (2 min)

• Make sure the app is not private
• Generate your link / QR code

👉 Your app is now accessible.

Step 5 — Invite Your First Users (3 min)

Share your link via:

• WhatsApp
• Email
• Internal communication
• Events or physical spaces

👉 The link installs the app and opens it directly — frictionless.

Step 6 — Trigger First Engagement

• Send 1 notification
• Ask users to:
  • Register to the event
  • Explore the app

👉 Give them a reason to act.
