What is the OPS?

The Obbvio Prediction Score (OPS) is a comprehensive score that measures a player's prediction skills. It is the main criteria to rank the players in the Race ranking. It considers three key factors:

  • Accuracy: The percentage of correct predictions.
  • Prediction Difficulty (PD): This represents how challenging the correct predictions were. It is based on official odds and reflects the average probability of failure for those predictions. A higher PD means the player succeeded in predicting riskier outcomes.
  • Statistical Significance (S(T)): A factor that gives more weight to players with more predictions, making the ranking fairer and more reliable over time.

The OPS ranges from 0 to 100, with higher scores indicating better prediction skills.
