Why is Statistical Significance S(T) introduced?

S(T) ensures that the Race ranking is fair by preventing players who make very few predictions from having an artificially high OPS. The more predictions a player makes, the more reliable their score becomes. This prevents short-term randomness from affecting rankings too much while still allowing newer players to climb the Race over time.
