What is the "Knowledge Base" module for?

The Knowledge Base is the central "brain" of your app. It is a highly versatile content engine designed to be the single mobile access point for all your organization's information, resources, and tools.
Whether you need a document library, a gateway to other software, or a mobile learning center, the Knowledge Base adapts to your needs.
You organize content using Smart Buttons. For each button, you create a custom Title and Subtitle, giving you total control over the navigation. These buttons can trigger one of 4 specific actions:
đź”— Links (The Gateway) This is key to the "Superapp" experience. Use the Knowledge Base to direct traffic to external tools without cluttering the user experience.
Use Case: Link directly to your ticketing platform, a specific federation website, a merchandise store, or even launch another specific app.
đź“„ Enriched Text (Native Content) Keep users inside the app with beautiful, fast-loading pages containing formatted text and images.
Use Case: Publish articles, "History of the Club," "President’s Welcome," or tactical guides.
⬇️ Downloads (Resources) A repository for essential files that users can save to their mobile devices.
Use Case: Liability waivers, PDF schedules, high-res logos, or rulebooks.
đź“‚ Folders (Structure) Create unlimited layers and sub-categories to keep complex information organized.
Use Case: A "Tournaments" folder containing sub-folders for every age category.
How is it used? (3 Key Scenarios)
Because of this flexibility, our clients typically use the Knowledge Base in three ways:
As an Operational Hub: Centralize all static info like Rules of Play, Codes of Conduct, and Insurance Policies in one searchable place.
As a Connector: Aggregate your fragmented digital ecosystem. Instead of asking members to remember 5 different websites (Registration, Shop, Stats, Booking), put links to all of them in one "Tools" folder in the app.
As an eLearning & Training Center: You can structure folders to act as "Courses" and text pages to act as "Lessons."
Example: Create a "New Volunteer Training" folder. Inside, use Text pages for instructions and Links to video tutorials or quizzes. It becomes a pocket Learning Management System (LMS) at no extra cost.
