Modules - News Feed - How To Post

The Back Office (Movn Builder) is used to configure the News Wall settings, but publishing content is done exclusively through the App to ensure you can share live updates directly from the field.

Publish from the app

"News Feed" module Editors and general Admins can publish from the app using the Admin buttons.

Editors can use the button in front of News (Noticias in the below Spanish example) while Admins can use either the same button as Editors or switch to the Admin mode using the last tab icon on the bottom left of the app.

Once entered the Admin configuration, follow these steps to post:

1. Start 🆕: Inside your Admin configuration, click the "New Post" button.

   Select Your Media 📸: Choose the type of content you want to share:

   • Image: Perfect for posters or action shots.
   • Video: Upload directly from your gallery (Note: Native videos are limited to 30 seconds—perfect for quick highlights!).

   • YouTube: For longer content like full game replays, live or interviews, upload to YouTube first and paste the link here.

     Draft Your Story ✍️: * Title: Create a catchy headline (max 50 characters).

   • Body: Add your description. You can include clickable links to registration forms, shop items, or external articles.

2. Finalize 🚀: Click "Next".
3. Schedule or Send ⏱️: Click the Clock Icon to schedule your post for a future date (like a post-game announcement) or simply hit publish to go live immediately!
