App Configuration - Distribution
This section allows you to configure how your app is presented in the Medikka App Store and accessed by users.
Select Distribution in the left-hand menu.
Store
This is where you manage the appearance of your app in the Medikka app store.
Step 1: update the information for each supported language
- Cover image (JPG or PNG, minimum 328 × 156 px)
- Title (maximum 21 characters)
- Subtitle (maximum 100 characters)
- Description (maximum 1200 characters)
Step 2: Click Save Changes.
⚠ Important: You must enter the information for each supported language. Otherwise, the Save Changes button will remain inactive.
Visibility
You can control whether your app appears in the Medikka App Store.
Use the Private / Public switch to manage visibility.
- Public: your app appears in the Medikka App Store.
- Private: your app does not appear in the store.
⚠ Even if your app is private, you can still invite users using the sharing link or QR code.
Sharing
You can generate a deep link and QR code to share your app with your community.
Step 1: Click the Sharing tab at the top of the page.
Step 2: Click Share Your App.
The system will generate:
- A shareable deep link
- A QR code
How the Deep Link Works
The link automatically adapts depending on the user's situation:
- Users who do not have Medikka installed → The link installs Medikka and activates your app.
- Users who have Medikka but not your app → The link activates your app inside Medikka.
- Users who already have Medikka and your app → The link opens your app directly.
