App Configuration - Manage Users

The Users section allows administrators to view and manage the members who have joined the app.

Select Users in the left-hand menu.

View the User List

This page displays all users who currently have access to your app.

For each user, the following information is available:

• Profile image
• First name
• Last name
• Medikka ID – the user’s unique public identifier in the Medikka ecosystem
• Internal ID – the system identifier used internally by the platform

You can use the search bar to quickly find a specific user.

Delete a User

Administrators can remove a user from the app if necessary.

Step 1: Select the user by checking the box next to their name.

Step 2: Click the Delete button.

Step 3: Confirm the deletion.

Export the User List

You can export the list of users for administrative or reporting purposes.

Step 1: Click the Export button in the top-right corner.

Step 2: Download the file containing the user information.

This allows you to keep a record of your community or use the data for internal management.
